-adjusted some material specmaps

-added missing textures
-optimized mesh polycount and texture size

I think i know why my game crash when i wanna enter my car , before i install addonpeds the s13 run with no problem and when i spawn the car i always spawn inside the car, after i install addonpeds i spawn outside the car and i crash when i try enter thr car, idk what happen to that

@Pepto Bismol that ban is a joke first of all, but second is that i ctd when i try to enter that banned s15 or even climb on top of it.. its just an instant ctd for some reason, but is spawnable.. any ideas? ty
