This car pack brings back the NOOSE Patriotism Immigration Authority to GTA V, in the form of the modern NOOSE PIA Stanier, and the NOOSE PIA Buffalo. If you want to recreate the experience from GTA IV, add them to the dispatch.meta file, so I'll see them spawning at around three stars.
NOTE:
If you don't want the NOOSE Buffalo to appear as a slicktop (as shown in multiple screenshots), add FLAG_EXTRAS_REQUIRE to the vehicle's flag in vehicles.meta, as its lightbar spawns as an extra.
Features:
-Proper LODs
-Working glass and lightbars
-2K textures, optimized for maximum performance
-Lore-friendly
Bugs:
-NOOSE PIA Stanier's lightbars flash in the wrong colors (Minor bug)
Installation instructions:
-Extract the included .rar file and place it in 'dlcpacks' in your 'mods' folder.
-Once you've done that, add a new line in 'dlclist.xml' with 'noosecars'.
-After installation, go into GTA V to test it in-game.
-Have fun!
