Engaging submarine mode is so 2017 - if you really want to make a splash at a beach party, drive off the pier at a speed so high you stone-skip yourself beyond the horizon. And guess what, the Ardent Turbo, a faster version of the original wannabe-submarine, is just the pick for this party trick. Inevitably reaching the world's end and sinking by gods' will doesn't matter - at least you won't die in a tacky spy gizmo.
How to install:
1.Put "spardent3" folder in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2.Add this line -> dlcpacks:\spardent3\ to the dlclist.xml (mods\update\update.rpf\common\data)
Spawn name: ardent3

Very good stuff my dudes.
Very cool as usual, but this thing has a very wierd way with kerbs - the wheels just bounce right off them causing some very strange handling behaviour...

My game crashes at startup, if I install this.
@bloodykills This is not advanced flags - it's more like how the Faction goes beserk whenever you pass over a kerb. It's like the car (sometimes) treats a kerb like it's a brick wall and crashes into or over it. It's especially obvious if you put on Competition or Sport Suspension.

I'm surprised R* missed a good opportunity to name the Ardent as an Ocelot V8 Ghost. This car looks a lot like it. Maybe you could make the V8 Ghost from LCS
