Makes my game crash...
In game or before
Warning the destination directory isnt update.rpf
Directory: GTAV/x64w.rpf/dlspacks/mplts/dlc.rpf/common/data
rebuild is not needed don't use it!! it will cause issue's
I did this :
1 Save your original file
2 Use Open IV
3 Edit Mode
4 Remplace handling.meta
Directory: GTAV/x64w.rpf/dlspacks/mplts/dlc.rpf/common/data
5 Rebuild
6 Play
rebuild work for me
try without rebuild, u can verify there is only 3 vehicles in the file
Are all vehicle handling modified to more realistic specs and im assuming we can now modify handling for cars and weapons. This is the main reason i havent gotten gta v for pc yet. I been waiting for a mod like this someone please confirm.

I like this moto I will edit:
brake - too strong
wheeling - fun but allow speed max too fast
Brake and wheeling improved, i feel it more "realist" and u can now crash by front or rear
Next and last i guess is traction it never burn i dont like
