Founded in November 1934 by Fiat, in 1970 became a brand of "Chrysler Europe", After in 1978 PSA took over the company it was merged with Talbot and after a short period disappeared... It is SIMCA.
The Simca 1100 production started in 1967. It was produced in Poissy-France, Nyköping-Sweden and in Madrid-Spain (as Simca 1200). In UK and also in North America car was sold as Simca 1204. A total of 2.2 million cars were produced until 1985...
I made two versions. USA-version has standard San Andreas licence plates, but also has side markers and 1204 badges. Car spawns as Simca 1204. Another version has european licence plate shape. I made kind of vintage fonts similar to those used in some European countries in 60s and 70s. If you like the shape but you don't like the fonts you can replace the textures in ytd file (with original fonts...or another you might have). European version has no side markers, it has 1100 badges, and it spawns as Simca 1100. I have also prepared a third option for those who remember the car as the Simca 1200 (in Spain). There is a folder with 5 textures to replace badges (after installing the car), and gxt2 file to change the name of the car to Simca 1200.
For both versions of the car:
changeable interior color, animated engine and exhaust, breakable ALL glass, accurate speedometer (shows MPH), working signal lights on the dashboard, hands on the wheel, foot on the pedal, correct passengers positions, working lights, doors, dirt-dust-burnt map, correct collision, inner glass does not turn black after upgrade... (if something is wrong, please report, I would fix If I can) ...and LODs to help performance:
LODs:
Simca 1100 (EU):
high ..... 138.590
medium.......8.071
low......... 2.938
and very low...598 polygons
Simca 1204 (US):
high ..... 141.396
medium.......8.231
low......... 3.030
and very low...606 polygons
If you want to REPLACE car, you can extract cars and replace "Blista". It will all work fine, except tuning parts.
Installation instructions in folders with the file.

That's it, I hope you will like it.
enjoy!

@satyricon84 Well, I'd love to make a Fiat 128 ... it's actually an original ... and a revolutionary car ... but this is even more than that ... Dante Giacoso's hatchback design was rejected in Turin (as too futuristic) but accepted in Zastava ... legend ... and also my dad's third car :)
Indeed it was a great car. Without the Fiat 128 the VW Golf wouldn't exist so it's an important piece of history
@satyricon84 ...and underpriced.
@satyricon84 I found the model (inspired by) in Half-Life: https://www.igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=209854
It has even LODs... but it will needs work. I hope I can make something of it.
@Najpotez interesting website. Looks like there are all the free models available on the net to download for make mods, right? I see a lot of interesting cars and I would like to start modding classic cars myself and not only license plates like I did so far :-)
and another one hits the streets!
@satyricon84 Not so simple... For this car I had to download the game... , to find the tools, to download the tools, to extract, co convert.......not so easy
Nice
@NajPotez that's demotivating. I was interested in L.A. Noire cars but seems more complicated than I thought even to get only models
It's just a pity that you weren't able to fix the panel gaps... The normals I mean
Will there be Russian cars, Volga, Zhiguli?
@satyricon84 Try. All you can lose is only some time. I told you what I had to do for the car I was looking for... I don't know about other cars on that website... also, I am still picking up my next project, I haven't started anything new yet... searching and making up my mind...freedom:)
Would like to see the simca 1000 model here, i see a lot of them in historic rally events when i watch some youtube videos, especially in France. Also i saw some 1100 models gone rallying too.
Thanks for remindin
g me in credits, and great job my friend, As always, I am at your disposal , if you needed any model,
Nicee
J'adore, merci beaucoup ❤😘
Another conversion with passion...
@NajPotez JUST LOVE IT Thanks a lot ;)
Each of your cars, they're so beautiful. I can feel the love & nostalgia you pour into each one.
Could you make please an Simca 1000?
