A mod that aims to slightly improve, bug fix, and vastly expand the vanilla Street and Track wheel categories by adding chrome versions for all wheels as well as the option to get rid of the silly Stance Andreas writing that is seen on some wheels.

INSTALLATION:
1) Place "extrachrome" in mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
2) Put the following in dlclist.xml located in mods/update/update.rpf/common/data:
<Item>dlcpacks:/extrachrome/</Item>
3) Place "dlc_patch" in mods/update/update.rpf
For OPTIONAL wheels without STANCE ANDREAS writing:
1) Extract "smod5wheels_mods.rpf" from "OPTIONAL wheels without Stance Andreas writing" into
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/extrachrome/dlc.rp/x64/levels/extrachrome/vehiclemods and overwrite the existing .rpf of the same name
