I got requested to make a race car that replaces the sultan. I made the car fast, have good traction and stiff springs!
Note
- The gear changes are really quick, I have to fix that!
- I am still in the process of fixing a few things!
- If you have already modded your handling and wish to add the line to your handling.meta, the line is added to pastebin: http://pastebin.com/QEyprZC3
Installation
1. Open OpenIV
2. Go to update > update.rpf > common > data
3. Enable edit mode
4. Replace handling.meta with downloaded file
5. File > Rebuild

@Nrvana, hey bro, i emailed the guy last night but he never replied :( can you tell me how to edit the actual handling.meta file lines with the ones in pastebin? Open IV seems to not do the trick, please I really want this mod cuz the sultan is one of my fav cars :P

how do i change how the car looks

1. go to https://notepad-plus-plus.org/download/v6.7.7.html and download that
2.open, open iv then go to the location of handling.meta
3. extract handling.meta (click and drag it onto desktop(with edit mode on))
4. rick click handling.meta>open file with>notepad++
5.go to http://pastebin.com/QEyprZC3
6 highlight (ive done it for you here so you can just copy this WITHOUT "" marks)
"<handlingName>SULTAN</handlingName>" CTRL+C that line
7.still have handling.meta open in notepad ++, good now press CTRL+F, now press CTRL+V in the box that says "find what" then press find next, there will be only one entry
8.go back to the pastebin link and copy from "<handlingName>SULTAN</handlingName>................ ect ect" TO "</Item>" (THE ONE AFTER "BACKENDPOPUP" BLA BLA
9. if you still cant find that count 61 lines down with numbers on the left of notepadd ++ and thats where you press "CTRL+V"
10. CTRL+S (or go to save as and manually save it to be sure)
11.create a folder called gta backup or somthing like that and drag the OLD handling.meta FROM openiv into there
12.delete the old (now backuped) handling,meta in openiv and drag new one that you just saved from notepad++ into open iv with edit mode on
13.done :) if there is somthing you dont understand or think i have gotten wrong let me know and i shall correct it

Is this giving an error to anyone else? my handling crashes the game, and I think its either this file or one other car

@TheChoz3nGladiator Just to clarify, do you mean a text replacing the current sultan with that car or a model mod to look exactly like the car?
