This file contain only "non-ELS", but later I might make ELS. I've tried this time but picture 6 tells you the story... I hope you like it! I will do more in game cars to unmarked! You might ask me for a model, and if I have the time and I can see people want it, then I will do it.

Mate, can you do an Unmarked Dominator GTX (The new one that came in the latest DLC)
@Meepler1 Yes you have to open "asea.ytd" and find "generic_lightbar_e" export as PNG and edit with photoshop. Then you are able to make it. But if you want all red, you have to edit visualsettings which you can find a tutorial on the internet, because I can't remember right now. :)
@M4v3r1ck_13 I will add it to my posible list, but since it's a DLC car I have trouble with the modification, so it might be a replace car.

@Ande300 Thanks... LOL. I ddin't know about the DLC cars being more complex to make a mod based on them than the base vanilla cars.

It was my first vehicle so I had to watch a YouTube video to cause it not to crash my game. You need all the files they recommend. I feel like it wasn't difficult to edit the carvariations and vehicles.meta file: the segements should fit neatly into the documents:
carvariations: you have to pace it above
</variationData>
</CVehicleModelInfoVariation>
and below
</Item>
the / before item /item closes the argument about the item above.
The vehicles.meta is very much the same process; the trick about part 2 is; it is a new section that refers to something else, the clue is
</InitDatas>
<txdRelationships>
and...
</txdRelationships>
</CVehicleModelInfo__InitDataList>
must be the last two lines.
My comment is that the sirens make no sound!? But I'm just happy for the car, Thanks dude!!
To turn to regular sirens, edit this line in the vehicles .meta
<audioNameHash>asea</audioNameHash>
to.
<audioNameHash>police</audioNameHash>
and install it using OpenIV
