Basing an ambulance on a pickup that hauls half-ton tweens without breaking a sweat is quite a practical decision. Especially in a nation where it’s either extreme obesity or gunshots that make you bite the dust. The Sadler Ambulance is good at maneuvering both fatsos or almost-deadsos a hair away from certain death.

This is an Ambulance version of the Sadler, which was made by GCT using Thundersmacker's Sadler. It has been mapped with two liveries provided, an LED lightbar based on the rear traffic advisor in the back on the compartment instead of a halogen lightbar on the default ambulance and different wheels.

ah nice, I still had your default mapped Brute ambulance set to ambulance5 so had to rename it that to ambulance5 first. Not much love for this I see only two liveries? Compared to ambulance3...

Seeing it ingame, I really like it! Hopefully one of the guys wants to port some of the Ambulance 3 liveries to it nonetheless
Really nice, I love it. I always like the Sadler over the Sandking when it came to un-lifted trucks, to me the Sandking just doesn't look right un-lifted (fenders/wheels being oddly large as a result for example)
