THIS MOD IS OFFLINE ONLY!!
This mod alters these weapons:
Bat: sends people flying.
AP Pistol: Shoots faster, farther, will move cars, shoots 4 bullets per shot with minimal spread, no recoil.
Assault Rifle: Shoots faster, farther, sends cars flying, shoots 6 bullets per shot with some spread, no recoil.
Combat MG: Shoots faster, farther, sends cars flying, shoots 2 bullets per shot with no spread, no recoil.
Micro SMG: Shoots faster, farther, will move cars, shoots 2 bullets per shot with no spread, no recoil.
Sniper Rifle: Shoots faster, ultra range, sends cars flying, instant hit, minimal recoil.
Assault Shotgun: Shoots faster, farther, sends cars and helicopters flying in one shot, shoots 150 bullets per shot, no recoil.
Grenade Launcher: Shoots faster, farther, bigger explosions.
Minigun: Shoots faster, farther, sends cars flying, shoots 8 bullets per shot per .02 seconds so something like 400 bullets per second, no recoil, may crash game.
Heavy Sniper: Shoots faster, farther, sends cars and helicopters flying, shoots 50 bullets per shot with 20x range of original with some spread. Ultra range shotgun.
Sticky Bomb Throw farther, bigger boom (wip)
Advanced Rifle- Shoots grenades instead of bullets at a faster rate of fire then original, no recoil.
RPG- Shoots way way faster, farther with a reload time of about .001 seconds.
Combat Pistol- Shoots out Molotovs instead of bullets, shoot as fast as you can click, no recoil.
Sawed Off Shotgun- Shoots 200 bullets per shot with more spread, higher rate of fire, no recoil, slightly farther distance, more force.
Pistol .50- Shoots RPGs instead of bullets at a very high rate of fire, with increased range and force. Allows for easy shooting rockets from vehicle.
All of the listed weapons are extremely over-powered and use a ton of ammo, use an unlimited ammo mod or cheat. All of the guns also have increased zoom with using scope or iron sights, also increased clip capacity and reload rate.

The Minigun fires an insane amount of bullets and this mod requires a powerful computer, my i5 4670k and GTX970 will sometimes crash the game when using the minigun.
If your game crashes when you use it, use the lite version instead.
Install Instructions
1) Verify you have OpenIV installed and can access your game files
2) Unzip this mod file
3) Open OpenIV and click edit (near the top right)
4) Use OpenIV to navigate to the directories listed below:
\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\ai
in this directory replace weapons.meta and weaponanimations.meta,
if they aren't there to replace add them to that directory instead.
5) Click on Edit again to turn it off.
6) Make hell ~OFFLINE ONLY~
This mod edits update.rpf, and weapons.meta make a backup of either for your own good.
Note

Sep 1 2015 I updated to mod to work with the latest update. I have not been able to make a few changes that need to be made and those will be in the next update. Thank you to the users who report bugs to me!

I guess this mod is no longer getting worked on? No real update in 3 months... I want this mod to work, I really did like overpowered weapons...

just dont install this it will ruined your game i was not be able to shooot out a car and when i shoot the screen turns fast cant point foreward
@fortinwithwill Okay, I'll try this mod out again... I hope the game doesn't update until next year... I will change my rating when I get everything to work properly... I just had to wipe out my PC, start over from scratch, so it'll be a while...
Well I have some bad news, I tried this mod out, on a newly installed game, and something went horribly wrong, When I fired a weapon my PC just turned itself OFF. It never did that in the previous version, I don't directly blame you, it could be the enhanced trainer.. who knows.... I can't seem to change my rating sorry about that.
@Johnny5clowna Its the games latest update. There are known performance issues, my pc is very fast and I normally get over 75 fps at all times in the game, after the ill gotten gains update i sit around 60 fps and it dips way way down to as low as 20 while shooting these modded weapons, when before it was no problem. So just so you know, and so anyone reading this, until R* fucktards patch the game again it will run like crap. No matter how powerful your PC is, it will run like crap. Its damn annoying, lowering graphic settings barely makes a difference. So I apologize but we all have to wait for a fix, i havent played much since the update because of this and I upgraded my pc recently and I didnt really help. And thanks for trying anyway.
@fortinwithwill Well I'm glad I'm not the only one with issues running GTA5... R* is really stupid. Releasing the best selling game of all time, but patching GAME BREAKING stuff into it...
@Johnny5clowna Yeah it really pisses me off cause the overpowered weapons is my favorite mod to play with. I am working on a super slimmed down version that will hopefully temporarily fix the stuttering when shooting modded guns but the real fix will come when R* fixes what they broke in august.
They patched the game AGAIN... Hopefully my mods will still work
@fortinwithwill I have Intel Core i7-4790k, 16 GB RAM and an Nvidia GTX 970, I had to lower texture and shadow quality to high (and high resolution shadows off also), the rest is set on ultra including Distance Scaling (which I think it's the Visual Distance am I right?), but sometimes I get frame drops and in the Desert I have 30 fps instead of the 60 in city, with this PC I should get 60 fps no problem on ultra right? And I forgot I have 1360x768 instead of 1920x1080 because I've discovered my monitor sucks. -.-
@fortinwithwill Damn R* patched the game again, and again many mods stopped working. Personally i wish they could patch without affecting mods.
