Traffic accident handler: If you damage someone's vehicle, there's a chance this person would check the damage and call cops on you
You can disable this in config by setting TRAFFIC_ACCIDENT_REPORT_CHANCE to zero

@loginos It's already there, called HIDE_BLIPS, which hides custom blips but I'm unable to hide default red dots
