- Fully rewrite Fishing and Hunting System
- Need Hunting License for hunting. also need weapon license to buy hunting license.
- Fixed weapon license. also implement restriction using weapon wheel without weapon license
- Fixed throwable weapon
- TrafficControl Speedlimit UI Sign (You can change Speedlimit Sign UI Position, Size and Opacity using Sign menu, so check default phone contact)
- Dynasty8 Online Office Interior (No needed any custom dlc mlo)

If you’ve already installed VHud v1.6.3 [Phase-1], simply overwrite it with VHud v1.6.3 [Phase-2].
- Install Scripthookdotnet Nightly 113 or 166 (Recommended)
- Replace scripts
- Install addonprops and customanims dlc (included in zip file)
- Replace all YTD files into this path 'GTA5\mods\update\update.rpf\x64\textures\script_txds.rpf'
- You can use your saved VEH_DB.bin, VEH_META.bin, CHR_DB.bin and CHR_META.bin

Cant get this going properly on enhanced, I been at it for several hrs, game is launching, menu and all seem fine but the icons don't have textures.
