UPDATES:
-new timecycle mod: VisualV 1.0.050 by _CP_, robi29. ( highly recommended download for this preset.)
-revised 70% of values focusing on a natural sunny weather feel with realistic lighting.
A Sweet Fx and ENB combo that doesn't change much of the games original color but adds some punch to the tone and saturation. I switched off bloom for this preset, I think it looks cleaner ( less powdery ) and more realistic without it.
IMPORTANT
I recommend using your monitor in SRGB mode since the standard/default monitor mode may make the game look oversaturated. If your monitor does not have an SRGB option you can open up the SweetFX_settings.txt file and change this value: #define Saturation -0.200
You should try around -0.250, -0.300 or higher even, hit save and see if this looks better. All monitors and calibrations are different so experiment with this value to get the right saturation for your taste.

INSTALLATION:
1. Download VisualV here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/visualv
Follow the instructions in the readme.txt to install the update.rpf folder but NOT the ENB settings folder.
2. Download the "ReShade + SweetFX 2.0" at http://reshade.me/.
Move the SweetFX folder, ReShade64.dll, Sweet.fx, ReShade.fx into your root GTA V folder.
3. Download the latest ENB from http://enbdev.com/download_mod_gta5.htm and move all the files from the wrapper folder into your root GTA V folder
4. From my folder (mean n' clean) go into the SweetFX folder and copy the SweetFx_settings.txt and paste it into the SweetFx folder in your GTA 5 game directory, say yes to copy over that file with the same name.
Now you can start the game!, the scroll lock key will toggle the effect/mod on and off. I recommend the in game brightness be set to around 40 %.
Do not run Fraps as it tends to crash the game sometimes.

Reshade is now Reshade framework including sweetfx but they changed the way the config file works. I don't understand how we're supposed to install it manually now. If you figure it out please let me know @goobz
^ Yeah noticed the same thing. Downloaded the Reshade zip but the contents are not as described in the mod description. Mod looks beautiful though, hope to see an update for this.
@timason and @Cynic
Been slammed at work so I haven't had time to look into getting the framework version up and running, I would would just use the old ReShade + SweetFX 2.0 if you still have it or try and find a site that has an archive or that version of it.
I'll try and look into it soon though.
@Cynic
Someone has put up some earlier versions here:
http://reshade.me/forum/general-discussion/294-reshade-repository
look for ReShade 0.18.7 + SweetFX 2.0
@goobz Yeah I'm still using my old download (19.2 + sweetFX) but looking at SweeFX framework it seems the way the config is written is now different. I also wonder which files we can ditch, I try to keep my GTA 5 folder less crowded as possible.
@timason
Just downloaded Framework but haven't the time right now to experiment. Do you configure SweetFX settings with the Mediator auto installer?
I haven't used the Mediator that much, I personally don't like those auto installers. This one seems to add a shortcut instead of dropping the required files. It's all confusing lol. And if you look at the files, the previously named sweet.fx is now sweetfx.cfg and sweetfx.undef. Also all effects of sweetfx are now actual files like smaa.h, lumasharpen.h... etc
@goobz ^
Too good, great job!
@goobz Can you make a low graphics mod for 2gb ram please?
Freaking phenominal goobz. Well done buddy.
Im useing it for a while and it's amazing. One thing i would REALLLY LOVE - the switchable DOF
awesome!
@goobz the process of installation in hard man. Make it simpler? Awesome job, but you have to be a hacker or a programmer to install everything. All requirements have their own requirements and you need like an hour to put everything and in the game so this mod to work.
@goobz how do change the toogle key cuz my laptop does not have the scroll lock key.
@goobz disregard my last, I found how to change it from Global settings
Very good mod >:3
5 stars :*
Ah ok! Goobz! I shoulda known an old modder would build such a badass preset! Well done Goobz, see ya around (was always a fan of your stuff).
After all this time I can't believe such low download #s. This should be in the 100 thousands!
