Realistic Shootouts [.NET] 1.2

Introduction
This mod makes gunfights more realistic by adding a morale system to NPCs. Whenever you injure, kill or supress your enemies, their morale gradually decreases and eventually they flee. This makes gunfights often end fast and decisively.
Additionally, whenever the player is under fire, the screen subtly shakes and a heartbeat sound plays, heightening the tension and immersion during intense combat situations.
Features
Note:
This mod was designed to be used with other realistic combat mods. The idea is to make hardcore combat more maneuverable by giving the player more ways to win gunfights rather than just outright having to kill everybody.
The morale system does not apply to mission peds.

@The-Canon fr 😭
what mod that you use for paid for the gangs
I find it interesting and I really enjoy this mod.
how does mod activate because mines only has screen shakes
@preenTH how to activate it?
This mod is causinng crashhes in game.Could you please check on it?
i have set ApplyToCops to false and cops and swat still flee when i use class 2 guns
How do you edit the config for this?
@SnakeSlippers You edit the values inside the .ini file
good mod
This mod seems a fantastic addition to the gameplay of GTA 5. Unfortunately, there seems to be a bug that plagues this mod. For whenever it activates (the heartbeat begins) the game forces the FPS to be locked to 50.
I'm not sure why this is the case, but once the mod is removed, the problem disappears.
If you can find out what may be causing this dilemma, I would greatly appreciate it. For I do want to indulge myself with this great mod. Thank you.
@tellenova You can use 1.1 meanwhile, it does not have the heartbeat. I will look into it, thank you for bringing it up.
@Eyon I shall try that one out and report back on it's results! And hopefully you can find out the issue above and bring about good news!
What mod (which increase gun firerate speed) do you use for your video?
@Eyon It seems like 1.1 doesn't even change anything weirdly. I'm not sure if it's because of incompatibility. But it seems like nothing has changed.
Perfect, just what i was looking for.
@tellenova set your heap size to 1024 to fix 50 fps
