I have one question, which file and which lanes do i need to edit to reduce the recoil of the weapons, and the camera shaking (not sure if the same thing).

I cannot get this mod to work, ive tried both methods and i have everything correctly in the installation folder, so what is going on?
How is this compared to Crime and Police Rebalance & Enhancement aka CPRE, does this mod add tons of police vehicles at wanted lvl 4 and 5? Are the cops much harder than in CPRE, can anyone give me a good comparison?
