To all of you who are using this on FiveM/MP and having trouble getting in from the outside. Edit hei_bh1_rd_6.ybn and just remove the collision blocking the garage entrances, then stream that file as well and it should work just fine.
Look real good so far, well done!

But do you think you can shrink down the cardealer_shell.ydr a bit?
Right now it uses too much physical memory for optimal streaming. FiveM has a recommended 16 Mb limit and your ydr uses 32.

How do I use the paintjob texture from the ytd? Ingame the car only uses the gray/white texture. I'm able to change the color, but there are no livery options which makes it possible to use the police paintjob..
