@Flofff Unfortunately, there is no way to uninstall .OIV mods (this is because an uninstall could end up "broken" once Rockstar releases a game update. Also, in some cases, there are a lot of files being replaced in mods that utilize OpenIV and its .asi loader).
With that being said, this is why it's best to keep backups of the specific files being replaced. If you didn't and you have a lot of other mods that utilize OpenIV to function, then you can go through the tedious process of restoring all of the files that were replaced by this mod by using OpenIV to "replace" the files that were modified, from the "update/update.rpf" folder in the GTA root folder.
The easiest way, would be to just delete the "update" folder in your "mods" folder, copy the original from the GTA directory, and paste it into the "mods" folder again; then re-install the mods that utilize OpenIV again. If they utilize the OpenIV installer (like this mod does), then that really isn't too bad - and relatively quick.
