@planche I fixed by my own no needed, if someone face this issue just replace https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars instead of yours.
@kopalov is good to have this but some interiors when I enter it crashing, so I needed to reopen steam and wait again to load gta 5 :/
@planche Great thx for the settings but I cant apply your mod in .rpf files coz will crash my game on latest Cayo Perico :( everything was awesome in Diamond Casino before :)
