Also there's no way to get rid of the headhunter sound and notification
If I could change one thing about this mod, I would want the headshot notification to be less prominent or to have the option of turning it off in the .ini.
@Zippo Raid Word, thanks man! There is a side-by-side XML (and other file extension) comparing software made by a company called Altova. The program is called DiffDog, it comes with a 30 day free trial (i.e. probably easy to pirate), I used it to change my gameconfig.xml for more pedestrians and traffic after the new update wiped everything
Zippo, can I use this with Refined Weapons and Gunplay's weapons.meta and weaponanimations.meta? If not, what values would need to be modified to make the two work?

Nevermind, I'm an idiot and didn't read through your instructions as thoroughly as I thought I did -- I didn't realize that ScriptHookDotNet was a separate plugin. Thanks for your help!
The mod is great! GTA already lends itself to pass-the-controller type play, but now drunk friends have a quantifiable way to see who can pull off the biggest killing spree!
I can't get this to work... I followed you instructions to the letter and none of the hotkeys do anything, nor does the HUD show up
