I am using NVE on GTA V Enhanced and it works fine.
What I did was drop the 'burgershot' folder into onigiri/dlcpacks
Then edit dlclist.xml located in onigiri\common\data
Add <Item>dlcpacks:/burgershot/</Item> to the list and save.
That's it.
