Possible to make them go completely stiff after headshot? With no balancing whatsoever almost like turning them into a statue

Also where can I disable the body shaking?
Do you know how to make peds completely loose after headshot? Or how to make them extremely stiff and then loose after time?

Do you have any realtime file reloader, or you restert gta with every change you make?
The only problem I see is the unnatural animation when characters return to the animated state.
