HI can you fix this mod because it is conflicting with World Travel Mod ( Liberty City ) , causing error on startup like memory issues

- Added a new animation that uses **both hands** to put on glasses
- More immersive and realistic
- Toggle between one-hand and two-hand animation in `PutYoGlasses.ini`

- Fixed an issue where `drawable` and `texture` values in `PutYoGlasses.ini` were not applying
- Config updates now apply correctly as expected
