@freseman if you have and other mod installed in x64a.rpf its a problem due to a too big archive. i hope you backup your file. if you didnt do it delete x64a.rpf and open gtaV. it will download a new one.

i am using another mod changing settings with water in visualsettings.dat.
there is maybe a conflict.
when i dont put graphics.ytd it doesnt happen.
