Fixed vehicle.meta and carcols.meta for the LSFDTaskForce engines version 1.2.

Update for comment above: This only affects the 1.2 update for the LSFD Task Force pack

The Vehicles.meta for the LSFD Task Force (mtlengine and mtlengine2) is outdated and causes the vehicles to not spawn.

@kylethecanuck Did you download both 1.0 and 1.1?

@Swed1431 I plan on getting uniforms out soon-ish, and possibly support/command vehicles later on. Maybe Grapeseed will get a proper engine too

Like N. Man said above, there seems to be issues with the union depository. Also, which option deactivates the crashed helicopter in the fountain next to the FIB tower?
