Was just about to say something when ads started popping up, inspected and deleted them. Anyways, for everyone who can't get it working, I assume you need an ASI loader. OpenIV has a plugin for that. And disable BattlEye if you didn't know before it kicks you off the game when you try load it (doesn't do this when disabled). I haven't downloaded the mod yet if you couldn't guess. I am just assuming thats what you need to do.
