@bruhheso Looks like OpenIV can't edit popgroups.ymt. Make sure you're using GTA V Legacy and that no other traffic mod has already modified that file

@leepersc Bro, just open the .oiv with OpenIV Package Installer. It installs automatically :)

@Unsearchably I didn't make it for Enhanced, bcs I still need to download the game, which will take a while😩
