@Jayden585 I'd screenshot you but to save time I'll draw you the picture - You got the NOOSE & Regular Police Transporters roaming around empty while wanted, the cop spawn like I said wasn't too bad but could use some work if you're trying to go in a realistic direction. Second, I had to rely on some files to remain original (besides the dispatch and some tuning), since replacing them would crash my game and I got every essential installed (Gameconfig, package limit adjuster whatever)

@Jayden585 Full build is a game-destroyer (for those who lack OpenIV modding, they're fucked), lite version isn't much better. Again with these empty transport vehicles roaming around, some files cause the game to crash repeatedly and the dispatch system ok but the rest.. I don't know what you did there but I pass

might as well discontinue this mod, too many bugs feels all over the place

@chris0p Just install it manually to your liking man, I also hate it when some unnecessary bs is added to the game. That way is the safest (Extract the OIV via Winrar)
