Cliffford Fixes for RDE 2.0 (Legacy Only)

This mod adds improvements to the Cliffford AI, making them more police-friendly instead of rebellious, and corrects animations like that of the Avon Juggernaut.
You need to install RDE before installing this mod
The AI, like Cliffford, will no longer be rebellious or have generic animations, because this mod changes everything. The Avon Juggernaut will now perform ballistic animations, Avon and the Avon Goon will perform tactical animations, and Cliffford's Relationship Group will also form an alliance with the police.
Bugs: None (I think)
