As for other mods, you could try NVE

@TayMcKenzie Yeah, I saw. A new update (with just blank models, at least for now) is pending approval

@Starfox1993 No, only certain water surfaces are edited

@Mauluskus The mod doesn't add neon lights to Forum Drive, maybe you meant Portola Drive?
Anyway, it's not possible without deleting/disabling other files from the dlc pack

@cover3 No, unfortunately it's not possible to uninstall it.
BTW, the crash doesn't happen by having those files and a custom dlc pack installed together (there was a problem in the past where loading the collisions from the mpmapfixes pack would make the game crash, which is why they're part of the OIV package)
